The City Council Committee on Administration & Finance co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the Early Retirement Incentive Program and accepting a MGL to establish an Other Post Employment Benefits Liability Trust Fund.
